The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) are publishing today a Study on the impact of Intellectual Property infringement on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
This is the first time a Study has been conducted focusing on small businesses and providing new insights into the impact of counterfeiting, as well as other types of IP rights violations on SMEs.
