The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), in cooperation with the EU National Intellectual Property Offices, has developed informative tools regarding the changes introduced in each national legislation following the incorporation and application of the Trademark Directive (Directive 2015/2436) into their national laws.

These videos focus on the entire trademark lifecycle, from filing and registration to opposition/cancellation procedures, including specific aspects that may arise at each of these stages.
