The SME Fund is an initiative of the European Commission implemented by the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in collaboration with national and regional intellectual property offices at the national, regional, and community levels.
In Greece, the EUIPO collaborates with the competent national office, the Hellenic Industrial Property Organisation (OBI).
Through the SME Fund, Greek small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) not only gain continuous access to European funding but also secure permanent entry into the environment of Industrial Property in Europe. This ensures long-term growth, as they increase the volume of their activities, continuously expand their range of specialized products, strengthen employment positions, and contribute to the Innovation Ecosystem with their own footprint.
