The fees intended to the operation of the trade marks register and of the rest registers concerning industrial property rights, which are kept by the Hellenic Industrial Property Organisation  (O.B.I.), as well as for the overall operation of the Organization which are collected by the latter, are determined under Article 87 of the Law 4679/2020.
