Ideas Powered for Business SME Fund – EUIPO: Vouchers 3 & 4 Now Available to the Public

We would like to inform you that on the platform of the SME Fund, provided by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), you can now also benefit from Vouchers 3 & 4.

The vouchers applicable for Greece are as follows:

  1. Voucher 2 for Trademarks and Industrial Designs:

For protection at the national, regional, and EU level, the maximum grant amount is €1,000 with a reimbursement rate of 75%. The fees covered, depending on the applicable rates in each country, include application, registration, class, examination, publication, and deferment of publication. For protection outside the EU, the maximum grant amount remains €1,000, but the reimbursement rate is 50%. The covered fees, depending on the applicable rates in each country, include basic fees, designation fees, and fees related to the designation (excluding designation fees for EU countries and fees charged by national offices for managing applications).

  1. Voucher 3 for Patents and Pre-search reports:

The reimbursement rate is 75%, with a maximum grant amount of €1,500, for the following fees, depending on the scope of protection:

  • Pre-search report
  • National level (fees covered depending on the applicable rates in each country: filing fee, examination/search report fee, grant fee, publication fee),
  • European level (filing fee and examination fee for a European patent).
  1. Voucher 4 for Plant Varieties:

The reimbursement rate is 50% of the electronic filing fee for Community protection (the application fee is €255).
