Suspension of deadlines before OBI pursuant to article 38 par. 5 of Legislative Act of 20.03.2020

The Hellenic Industrial Property Organisation (OBI) informs the public that the following rules apply:

1. Suspension, as of 11.03.2020 and for two (2) calendar months, of all legal deadlines concerning the procedure for granting or registering Industrial Property titles, applicable before  the Hellenic Industrial Property Organisation.

2. The above-mentioned rules explicitly exclude any statutory deadlines for the payment of all kind of fees, whether annual or procedural, before the Hellenic Industrial Property Organisation (OBI).
