The Hellenic Industrial Property Academy (HIPA) was established by Presidential Decree No. 31/2019 (Government Gazette 56/A/5.4.2019). It is an individual service of the Hellenic Industrial Property Organisation (ΟΒΙ) and its public mission constitutes a paramount tool for the development of an ecosystem regarding Industrial Property in Greece.
