WHICH IS THE PROCEDURE FOR THE RENEWAL OF A TRADE MARK?
The Renewal of a Trade Mark is carried out at the request of the proprietor during the last six months of its 10-years’ protection and it may be conducted online via the website of the Hellenic Industrial Property Organisation (OBI): https://www.obi.gr.
An additional deadline of renewal of six (6) months following the expiration of the 10-year’s period is provided for which an increased – by half – renewal fee shall be paid. In the case of non – renewal, the protection of the trade mark automatically ceases.
